About the Role
Ly Quan is seeking a dedicatedCookwith Asian cuisine experience (Vietnamese highly valued) to support our kitchen team and deliver authentic flavours.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Vietnamese dishes to recipe and presentation standards
Assist daily kitchen operations for smooth service
Follow opening/closing procedures
Manage stock rotation (FIFO)
Maintain food safety and hygiene
Requirements
Able to taste beef and pork dishes for consistency
1–2 years experience in an Asian kitchen
Physically fit (stairs access required)
Skills in Vietnamese flavours, rice paper rolls, noodle soups
Food Safety Supervisor certification (preferred)
Solid attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
