About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, guiding them through one of the biggest purchasing decisions they'll make.
Your focus will be to:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
Understand customers' travel goals and recommend the right caravan solution
Build strong relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Manage customer enquiries through our CRM system
Follow up leads promptly and professionally
Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain exceptional product knowledge across our range
Present stock to the highest standard
Work collaboratively with finance, service and administration teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You
You'll be a motivated and customer-focused salesperson who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
Ideally you'll have:
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
High levels of professionalism and integrity
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence using CRM systems and technology
A willingness to learn and continually improve
A current driver's licence
Caravan industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
If you've built a successful sales career in automotive, retail, real estate, hospitality or another customer-focused industry, we'll provide the product training you need to succeed.
