We're seeking enthusiastic graduates who are completing, or have recently completed, a degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mining Engineering
Processing Engineering
Geotechnical Engineering
Environmental
Accounting and Finance
If you have a genuine interest in the mining industry and are eager to develop your skills through a structured two-year graduate program commencing in ****, we'd love to hear from you.
Depending on your discipline, you will complete rotations across our three Bowen Basin operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience and practical skills while working alongside experienced industry professionals who will support your development and help you build a successful career in mining.

We Are Looking For
Recent graduates (qualifications obtained in **** or ****)
A practical mindset and willingness to learn
A genuine interest in building a career in the mining industry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid Australian Drivers' Licence
Australian working rights
The ability to relocate or undertake rotations in Central Queensland for the majority of the program (relocation, accommodation and travel support provided where required)
