About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-obsessedGuest Service Agentto join our Front Office team.
This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely service-minded and takes pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences from the moment of arrival to departure.
Working closely with the Front Office and wider hotel team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service at all times
Manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
Handle guest enquiries, requests,



and concerns with professionalism and care
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments
Provide local recommendations and hotel information
Process reservations, payments, and guest details accurately
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments
About You
Experience in front office or customer service preferred
Genuinely service-driven and guest-obsessed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, organised, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive attitude
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
