About the Role
At Westminster Village, we aim to create a permanent home for
our residents.
Whether it's providing a warm meal, facilitating
engaging activities, or ensuring their comfort and safety, your
care will be central to their well-being and quality of life.
What your day will look like:
Deliverresponsive personal care tailored
to residents' individual needs and care plans.
Collaboratewith Registered and Enrolled
Nurses to ensure high-quality care.
Assistresidents with mobility, personal
needs, and daily tasks.
Encouragesocial engagement through
leisure activities.
Maintainaccurate documentation and ensure
care plans are followed.

We're looking for someone who iscompassionate,
reliable, and committedto delivering exceptional
care.
What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for someone who:
Has aCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual
Support, or equivalent.
Holds acurrent NDIS Worker Check(essential).
Has experience inproviding personal care to
residents.




Can workindependentlyand as part of a
collaborative team.
Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion
for aged care.
