Sands Fridge Lines is seeking a motivated and capableHR Advisorto join our HR team in Forrestfield.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with leaders and employees across the business, providing hands‐onHR and Industrial Relations supportin a fast‐paced logistics workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to leaders onHR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Support employees with general HR enquiries
Assist withemployee relations matters, including absenteeism, performance management, disciplinary issues, and grievance resolution
Support managers withperformance reviews and appraisal processes
Coordinate HR programs such astraining, development, and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance withFair Work legislation and relevant regulations




Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
Prepare employment contracts, performance and disciplinary documentation
Coordinate onboarding, new starter paperwork, and system setup
Maintain accurate HR records withinHR systems (UKG & Kronos)
Provide support to the Recruitment team as needed
Requirements
About You
Diploma or Degree inHuman Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years' experiencein a generalist HR role
Strong understanding ofAustralian employment law and HR best practices
Experience using HR systems (UKG highly regarded)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong written communication skills for policy and documentation preparation
Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proactive, self‐motivated, and a strong team player
