Austal is seeking an Injury Management Case Manager based in Cairns to lead coordination of injury management and return-to-work outcomes across the business.
You will be supported on site by the HSEQ team and by our corporate Injury Management function, with flexibility for part-time hours.
You will act as the key contact for workers, leaders, and external stakeholders, driving early intervention strategies and supporting employees through recovery to achieve protected, sustainable returns to work.
