Now, we're looking for aWebsite Mangerfor our ANZ region, on a 12 month contract, to join our IT team.
The Website Manger ANZ, at Britax Childcare will be responsible for the content and promotion management of the ANZ websites.
The owner of the position will identify and implement UX improvement opportunities and CRO initiatives and support projects of the global digital team.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract position due to parental leave of current incumbent.
What you will do:
Content Management of ANZ websites
Responsible for the website product launch management and catalogue maintenance
Support of digital projects
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, updates, and configurations
Co-owner to identify, plan and implement UX improvement opportunities
SEO/GEO:



Optimize website content for search/generative engines and work closely with Digital Marketing to monitor website traffic, advertising campaigns and lead generation
Support Regional Marketing teams with landing page creation and website campaign assets
Website campaign and promotion management in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Support the global website team with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives
Quality Management of the websites
Documentation of website processes on Confluence
Experience/Skills Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in e-Commerce, Communications, Marketing, Information Management similar
3+ years' experience in a website management role, Digital Marketing or e-Commerce
Profound experience with Microsoft D365 Commerce or similar e-commerce platforms
Experience with Web Content Management systems
Good technical understanding & experience in current internet technologies
Familiar with Project Management and communication tools such as Jira
Good understanding of the (Digital) Marketing funnel
Experience with web analytics platforms, preferably Matomo Analytics
Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing and behavior analysis tools
Customer centric and data-driven mindset with a very good understanding for e-Commerce and Digital
Marketing
Strong technical affinity and high attention to detail
Experienced working across global teams highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
Passion for our category and Brand Purpose
