Job Description
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers throughout their ownership period and delivering an outstanding experience. You'll work closely with a professional, energetic, and motivated team, learning all aspects of customer service while contributing to dealership performance.
What You Will Do
* Support and assist customers throughout their ownership experience over several years
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalised service
* Learn to manage customer follow-up, problem solving and service documentation
* Collaborate with the service team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Develop your automotive product knowledge across multiple brands
