As an Apprentice Fabricator, you will:
* Assist with the fabrication and assembly of equipment and components.
* Learn to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings.
* Gain experience using fabrication machinery and workshop equipment.
* Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
* Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work environment.
* Work closely with experienced tradespeople to develop your skills and knowledge.

About the Candidate
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our small and dynamic team at our brand-new Perth workshop.
Working alongside qualified tradespeople, you will develop practical skills in reading and interpreting structural drawings and fabricating equipment to a high standard. You will also gain hands-on experience using a range of fabrication machinery, including our CNC waterjet cutter.,

* Is committed to workplace health and safety requirements., Preference will be given to applicants who have completed or commenced a relevant pre-apprenticeship or can demonstrate proactive steps towards a fabrication trade career, including:
* Certificate II in Engineering Pathways.
* Certificate II in Engineering (Light Fabrication).
* Pre-Apprenticeship in Engineering - Fabrication (Sheetmetal).
* Relevant work experience, practical training, trade-related projects, or hands-on industry exposure.
The following will also be highly regarded:
* Previous welding experience.
* Experience using hand and power tools.
* Exposure to fabrication, welding, manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or construction environments.
* Current Forklift Licence.
* Current Manual Driver's Licence.
