Join our team and work alongside the Service Manager and Case Managers to build and grow our service.
In this role, you will:
Help expand and strengthen our team.
Meet with and secure new Support at Home clients.
Contribute to growing our community client base.
Be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organisation making a real difference every day.
Your main duties will include:
Meeting with potential new clients.
Securing leads to support business growth.
Meeting intake KPIs.
Monitoring the My Aged Care portal.
Managing referrals from the Commonwealth Support Program.
Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve intake targets.
About You
Sales experience
Support at home knowledge and experience




Driver licence required
Great communication skills
