Job Description
* Assist with installing metal roof sheeting, wall cladding, flashings, gutters, downpipes and rainwater systems
* Measure, cut, fold and fabricate sheet-metal products using hand and power tools
* Assist with installing roof drainage systems in accordance with Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications
* Learn to interpret construction drawings, roofing plans and specifications
* Safely use ladders, scaffolding, elevated work platforms and fall-protection equipment
* Develop valuable roof plumbing skills through practical, on-the-job training
* Start and finish directly from site using your own vehicle
* Undertake a full-time apprenticeship
