What You'll Do
* Maintain workshop and vehicle cleanliness, and assist in day-to-day operations
* Support the wider Tesla Service Team in delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Learn and perform basic vehicle servicing, inspections and maintenance under supervision
* Learn to use diagnostic tools and automotive software systems
* Build knowledge across all Tesla models, service procedures and safety standards
About the Candidate
* Completed Year 12 education
* Full Australian working rights
* Valid driver's license
* Be eligible to enroll with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and complete a Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology
* Strong communication, time management and attention to detail
* Passion or interest in automotive technology, mechanics and electric vehicles
* Proactive and initiative-driven with a team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
* Genuine desire to build a long-term career as a Service Technician
