Sessional, part-time | On campusNova Higher Education is seeking an experienced culinary educator and industry professional to deliver practical commercial kitchen units within the Bachelor of Culinary Arts Business Management at our Adelaide campus.Key responsibilities:✅ Deliver engaging, hands-on practical kitchen classes✅ Demonstrate contemporary cookery techniques and professional kitchen practices✅ Supervise students and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment✅ Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback✅ Maintain accurate attendance, assessment and LMS records✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and Work Health and Safety requirements✅ Participate in moderation, academic meetings and continuous improvement activitiesAbout you:✔ Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or a related discipline✔ Current industry experience in commercial kitchen operations✔ Demonstrated teaching, training or mentoring experience✔ Strong knowledge of food safety,



sanitation and kitchen WHS requirements✔ Excellent communication and student-engagement skills✔ Ability to work collaboratively within a higher education environment✔ Current Australian working rightsHigher education or VET teaching experience and a master's degree or equivalent qualification are desirable.
