This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician looking for a short-term contract while making a genuine impact within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team.
Working with young people aged*****, you'll provide evidence-based mental health care to those experiencing moderate to severe and complex mental health presentations.

The Opportunity
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll manage a varied caseload of young people experiencing complex mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality disorders, eating disorders and other severe presentations.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you'll deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions while supporting young people and their families through a recovery-oriented model of care.
Your responsibilities will include:




Managing a caseload of young people aged ***** with moderate to severe mental health presentations
Completing comprehensive psychosocial and mental health assessments, risk assessments and treatment planning
Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ongoing case management
Developing collaborative recovery plans with young people and their support networks
Providing crisis intervention and assertive outreach where required
Working closely with psychiatrists, GPs, allied health professionals and community stakeholders
Participating in multidisciplinary case reviews, clinical supervision and service development
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and case notes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Mental Health Nursing
Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
Experience working with young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health presentations
Strong skills in assessment, risk management, case formulation and evidence-based interventions
Experience working within multidisciplinary mental health services
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people and their families
