ANNAPURNA'S AKSHYAPATRA PTY LTD ATF K & K FAMILY TRUST T/A SATVIK PURE VEG ANNAPURNA'S AKSHYAPATRA PTY LTD ATF K & K FAMILY TRUST which is trading as SATVIK PURE VEG, seeking a Cook to join our team, 38 hours per week.

Plan and organise daily food preparation to ensure meals are served efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, marinating, grinding spices and making sauces according to traditional recipes.
Monitor cooking times, temperatures and seasoning to ensure food quality, consistency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels, check the quality and freshness of ingredients, and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Minimise food wastage by applying appropriate portion control and proper storage practices.
Assist in developing seasonal menus, daily specials and new vegetarian dishes in consultation with management.




Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations and food preparation areas to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely preparation and service of customer orders.
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Proven experience as a Cook in a similar role Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques Solid attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Team player Time management skills Ability to work flexible hours About Company Satvik Pure Veg Restaurant is a well-established Indian vegetarian restaurant located in Ballajura, Western Australia.
