What you'll do
In this role, you'll support the growth of our Fire portfolio by helping design and build the Pre Sales solution, engaging with internal and external stakeholders including Project Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and other Team Mates, to design and cost solutions for our clients.
Your work will cover a diverse mix of fire solutions and services:
Electrical Fire – 70%:Pre-sales design and estimating for electrical fire systems
Maintenance Services – 15%:Developing and costing maintenance solutions




Mechanical Fire – 10%:Supporting the design and estimation of mechanical fire solutions
Special Hazards – 5%:Assisting with specialised fire protection solutions
You'll work closely with industry experts, technical specialists, account managers, and senior leaders, giving you exposure to multiple parts of the business and a strong platform to build your career.
Key Responsibilities
Research market trends, sectors, and potential clients
Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities
Explaining technical features and solution benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
Working with sales teams to understand a customer's building, operational, and compliance needs.
Maintain prospecting lists, CRM records, and market intelligence
Assist with outreach activities including emails, calls, and event follow-up
Coordinate introductory meetings, discovery sessions, and site visits
Support account managers in progressing early-stage opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting client documentation
Update CRM systems and prepare activity and pipeline reports
Support smooth handovers between sales and operational teams
About You
You're a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, build experience,



and grow in a technical role within a global organisation.

You'll ideally bring:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A professional, proactive, and organised approach
Confidence working with people and building relationships
Good attention to detail and time management skills
A current Australian Driver's Licence
Ability to obtain NV1 Security Clearance
Nice to have
Internship, graduate, or early-career experience in sales, administration, customer service, or business support
