What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing Team Leaders and Member Services Representatives to deliver exceptional service outcomes and achieve agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Implementing service standards, quality assurance programs and workforce planning to achieve service levels and operational performance.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, improveproductivityandreduce handling times.
Leading the implementation of the MIPS Member Acceptance Framework and supporting the MIPSTransformation Program.
Overseeing compliance, privacy, complaints management and reporting to ensure all regulatory and governance requirements are met.
Building a high-performing culture through coaching, capabilitydevelopmentand succession planning.
Partnering across the organisation to deliver strategic initiatives and business outcomes.
About You
You are an experienced leader of contact centre or member service operations with a proventrack recordof delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
You bringexpertisein workforce planning, service design, qualityassuranceand CRM technologies.
You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
You excel at building relationships, influencingstakeholdersand leading teams through change.
