About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedElevator & Escalator Technicianto join our Adelaide Service team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing a portfolio of lifts and escalators across Adelaide.
You will ensure equipment reliability,



minimise downtime and deliver exceptional service outcomes for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys variety, autonomy and customer interaction while working with some of the industry's most recognised products and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned maintenance on lifts and escalators.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and customer call-outs.
Communicate accurate arrival times and service updates to customers.
Ensure site representatives are kept informed of equipment status and progress.
Safely isolate and shut down equipment where operational risks are identified.
Identify and recommend equipment improvements and modernisation opportunities.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Electrical Trade Certificate (or equivalent) and current Electrical Licence.
Demonstrated experience servicing and maintaining both lifts and escalators.
Current Driver's Licence.
General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
