About the Role
We are seeking aCasual Pharmacy Assistantwho is available to work Monday to Friday between8:30am and 6:30pm, with occasional Saturday shifts as required.
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional pharmacy experience.
In this role, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
Assist customers with over‐the‐counter medicines where appropriate.
Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
Support day‐to‐day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.




Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

Previous community pharmacy experience is advantageous
