As BCP Manager, you'll help ensure Tabcorp is prepared for disruption, able to respond with confidence, and positioned to protect customers, partners and critical operations.
This is a role with enterprise-wide influence, working across the business to strengthen continuity planning, challenge thinking and improve resilience outcomes.
Your role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance & BCP, you'll lead Tabcorp's business continuity program and provide trusted risk advice across the organisation.
Your work will influence how teams identify critical processes and prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption.
You will:
Lead and maintain enterprise business continuity frameworks and policies.
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group's resilience strategy
Partner with leaders to uplift impact assessments and continuity plans
Design, coordinate and deliver testing exercises, simulation drills and workshops to strengthen resilience
Provide continuity and disaster recovery advice and training to stakeholders
Undertake data analysis and report on key metrics, initiatives and business maturity with frameworks
Collaborate across risk, technology and business teams to deliver resilience outcomes
What You'll Need To Succeed
You'll be a collaborative risk professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement.
You build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and enjoy helping businesses solve complex resilience challenges.
You'll also bring:
Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery programs
Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes
Ability to balance risk management with commercial pragmatism




Proven ability to improve frameworks, plans and governance
Confidence in facilitating workshops and delivering impactful presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of business continuity standards and best practice
