POSITION ONE
Full-Time Customer Experience Team Leader
This is much more than a retail leadership position.
It's an opportunity to lead one of Australia's most respected customer experience teams.
You'll work alongside the CEO to coach, develop and inspire the team while maintaining the premium customer experience One Honey has become known for.
You'll lead from the showroom floor, not behind a desk.
You'll protect our culture, develop people and ensure every customer receives the same exceptional experience every single time.
This role may suit someone with leadership experience in:
Luxury fashion retail.
Bridal.
Jewellery.
Five-star hotels or hospitality.
Premium retail.
Luxury automotive.
Real estate.
Beauty and cosmetics.
Weddings and events.
Or any premium customer-focused business where creating exceptional experiences is just as important as achieving sales results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example through exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Deliver premium styling experiences that create confidence and lifelong memories.
Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing training, guidance and constructive feedback.
Build a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.
Maintain the premium customer experience standards One Honey is known for.

Customer Experience Team Leader
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Every Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (or later during peak trading periods if required).
Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays off.
Must be available during peak school holiday trading periods.
Junior Fashion Stylist / Retail All-Rounder
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Every Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm (or later during peak trading periods if required).
Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays off.
Must be available during peak school holiday trading periods.
Flexible to occasionally finish later during busy trading periods.
