What you'll be doing in this role
As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of the quality program within the homes allocated.This is a local service leadership role that requires skills in mentoring and education, communication, and computer literacy.
Your care work may include
Monitor andcoordinatethe adherence to the home'saudit scheduleasguidedby theQualitySpecialist.
Ensure monthly audit tools arecompleted as delegated by theservicemanager.
Provide assistance, relevant explanation sheets, and advice to staff when delegating audits for completion.
Conduct interviews as per the programguidelinesandpopulatethe dataintothe online system.
Emailsthe onlinesurveys to the targeted polling groups as directed.Monitorcompletion rates and whenrequiredusealternate methods the close the gap.
Supports the accuracy in the populating of the NACMQIP data for each governmentsubmission.
Collate all audit and clinical indicator results.

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.

Above-award pay rates (up to $***** per hour) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional benefits plus parking)

Who we're looking for
You'll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
You'll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting's everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
You'll be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
You'll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
