What you will do
As remand program facilitator,



you will coordinate and deliver practical programs that help people on remand build skills and prepare for their future.
You will work with prison staff and service providers to deliver quality programs and support positive outcomes.
You will:
coordinateanddeliverremand programs, including the ATLAS program
planprogram schedules, manage referrals and increase participation
work closelywith prison staff and service providers to support program delivery
maintainaccurate records, update information systems and prepare reports
supportreintegration planning, complete assessments and contribute to case management.
About you
Experience coordinating or delivering programs in a correctional setting is highly desirable.
You should also have experience planning and delivering programs and solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
You should also have:
strongknowledge of the needs of men on remand
provenability to work independently and as part of a team
excellentdata management and digital skills
flexiblecommunication skills and a commitment toinclusivepractice.
