We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Melbourne, to install, test, commission, service, and repair UPS products and systems for critical power applications to specifications and customer requirements.
We are looking for experienced technicians with UPS experience and exposure to the dynamic data centre industry.
The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador with a passion to delivery great customer service and experience.

The Work
Service, test and commission UPS and critical power equipment
Troubleshoot complex faults across electrical and electronic systems
Support installation and upgrade projects
Deliver high-quality reporting and technical support to customers
Participate in an on-call roster supporting critical environments
What You Bring
A Grade Electrical Licence
Experience in field service, industrial electrical or similar environments
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
Ability to work independently and build customer trust
UPS or critical power experience is highly regarded
