About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the Adelaide dealership.
Your focus will be to:
Drive dealership sales performance and profitability
Ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates and enquiry management
Work closely with marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance
Manage stock presentation and sales processes
Build strong relationships with customers, finance partners and manufacturers
Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture

About You
You'll be an experienced sales leader with a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver consistent results.
Ideally you'll have:
A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
High levels of professionalism and integrity
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Confidence using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
A current driver's licence
Most importantly, you'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed—both customers and your team.
