This opportunity is for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide short-term support to the People & Culture team during a busy period.
Reporting into the broader P&C; function, you will play a key role in providing practical and timely ER advice while helping to alleviate workload pressures across the team.

Reporting into the broader P&C; function, you will play a key role in providing practical and timely ER advice while helping to alleviate workload pressures across the team.
This position will suit a confident ER professional who is comfortable managing employee relations matters independently and has strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and workplace compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and support on a range of employee relations matters.
Manage and progress ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary matters and performance-related issues.
Interpret and apply Modern Awards,



Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation
Assist with award mapping and classification reviews
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide practical and compliant ER guidance
Support the People & Culture team with ad hoc employee relations projects and activities
Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping across ER matters
Escalate complex issues as required while managing day-to-day case activity autonomously
About you
Immediately available
Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations cases from end to endExperience conducting or supporting workplace investigations and performance matters
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and quickly build credibility with leaders
A hands-on, pragmatic approach and willingness to support a busy team environment
