Due to rapid growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for a motivatedConcrete Polisher / Epoxy Applicatorto join our qualified team.
The Role
You will work on varied projects across Adelaide, learning to execute mechanical polished concrete and apply specialised epoxy coatings.
We highly value experienced tradespeople, but we are equally committed to training the right person from the ground up.If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the craft.
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial concrete grinders, polishers, and dust extractors.
Execute honed, matte, and high-gloss polished concrete finishes.
Grind and Seal concrete pool surrounds.
Prepare surfaces via grinding, shot-blasting, and patching cracks.
Apply epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coatings.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work site.
Skills and Experience
Experience preferred but not essential—full training provided.
Must be willing to learnthe craft and take pride in high-quality work.
White Card (mandatory or willing to obtain quickly).
Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
High level of physical fitness and a reliable work ethic.
Previous experience in construction.
