About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to manage, own and grow our Industrial Process Heating portfolio across Australia.
This role is accountable for the growth, positioning, and lifecycle management of the portfolio, with success coming from combining strong product strategy and supplier partnership with customer-focused execution.
You will define the strategic direction for the portfolio and work in close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams, as well as our customers, to translate that strategy into profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap —Set the strategy for our Industrial Process Heating portfolio and keep it aligned with market needs, backed by ongoing market and competitor analysis.
Drive commercial performance —Manage pricing, margins and profitability, and lead go-to-market plans and product launches with sales and marketing.
Grow the pipeline —Maintain oversight of the opportunities managed by account managers, while proactively engaging with customers directly to discover recent opportunities.
Build market presence —Partner with marketing on campaigns, events and content, and feed customer insight back into how we position the range.
Manage the full lifecycle —From inventory and quality through to compliance, acting as our primary contact for the supplier relationship and owning any product escalations.




Enable the team —Deliver training and coordinate the sales and marketing collateral that supports growth of the product portfolio.
Tenders & project documentation —Facilitate the preparation and delivery of project tender documentation packages in collaboration with customers and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely completeness across all project stages.
What We're Looking For
Experience in product management, technical sales or business development, ideally within mechanical, electrical, or process heating.
Commercial acumen – you understand pricing, margin and how to build a profitable product line.
Strong communication and the confidence to lead customer visits and presentations across Australia.
A structured, accountable approach and comfort with ERP/CRM tools.
A genuine interest in helping industrial customers solve real problems.
A positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong, healthy supplier relationships.
