As a Learning
& Development Support Officer, you'll play an important role in
helping our workforce build capability, embrace change and achieve
successful outcomes.
Working within the Organisational Change and Capability
Development team, you'll use data, insights and collaboration to
support learning initiatives that strengthen individual performance
and organisational capability.
Your contribution will help create a
culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our people have the
skills and knowledge needed to meet future challenges and
opportunities.
About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and
forward-thinking team dedicated to workforce capability, learning
and organisational effectiveness.
As the Learning & Development Support Officer, you'll provide
operational and analytical support across a broad range of learning
and development activities.
From coordinating learning programs and
maintaining learning systems to analysing workforce data and
preparing meaningful reports, you'll help deliver initiatives that
support employee growth and organisational success.
You'll work closely with leaders, stakeholders and external
providers to ensure learning activities are effectively delivered,
data is transformed into valuable insights, and continuous
improvement opportunities are identified.
This role offers the
chance to combine your analytical mindset, stakeholder engagement
skills and passion for learning to make a meaningful impact in a
supportive and inclusive setting.
About You
You are curious, analytical and passionate about helping people
and organisations perform at their best.
You enjoy working with
data, building relationships and identifying opportunities to
improve the way things are done.
We're looking for someone who can
bring:
Experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources or
Organisational Development, with a focus on building capability
and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Understanding of Learning and Development systems and their
impact on staff engagement, capability development, and
performance, including Teamgage and Learning Management
Systems.
The ability to undertake workforce data analysis and
reporting,
with the skills to collect, interpret, and present
workforce data and metrics.
Experience working with team leaders and managers to
support decision-making through data insights, helping
translate information into practical actions and improved
outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and manage
expectations effectively
An understanding of risk management principles and
workplace safety requirements, contributing to a safe,
compliant and high-performing work environment.
