We are an established rendering business servicing the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane's northern suburbs.
We specialise in quality residential rendering for long-term builders and private clients.
Our work environment is friendly, straightforward and laid-back, but the standard of work we produce is extremely high.
We follow proper preparation procedures, manufacturer specifications and correct material application techniques.
We do not cut corners, rush unsuitable work or cover over problems to get off site early.
No shortcuts.
No cowboy workmanship.
We want people who take pride in doing the job correctly and understand that quality rendering starts well before the final coat is applied.
We currently have opportunities for:
1. Experienced Renderer / Trowel Hand
We are looking for a skilled renderer who can work confidently and productively without constant supervision.
The ideal applicant will have experience with:
AAC/Hebel, brick, block, blueboard and lightweight cladding
Cement and acrylic base coats
Setting beads, trims and control joints accurately
Embedding mesh correctly
Substrate inspection and preparation
Sponge finishes and acrylic texture coatings
Producing clean, straight and consistent workmanship
Recognising and addressing substrate or preparation issues
Following product specifications and correct application methods
You do not need experience with every product or system we use.
However, you must have solid trowel skills, be open to learning and be willing to follow our established systems.
We are not looking for someone who believes, "That will do," is good enough.
2. Rendering Labourer




This position would suit a reliable and physically capable labourer who works efficiently and is genuinely interested in learning the rendering trade.
Duties will include:
Mixing render and texture products accurately
Carrying materials and setting up work areas
Masking and protecting completed surfaces
Preparing walls and substrates
Installing mesh and assisting with beads and trims
Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas
Assisting renderers throughout each stage of the job
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe site
Previous construction or rendering experience is preferred but is not essential for the right applicant.
You must be willing to listen, learn and understand why each part of the rendering system is completed in a particular way.
There will be opportunities to develop your trowel skills and progress within the business.

Using the correct products for the application
Following required drying times and application thicknesses
Installing mesh, beads and trims properly
