About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering a new core insurance platform.
This large-scale initiative will modernise business operations, improve customer outcomes, and deliver significant change across people, processes, and technology.
We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with business leaders and project teams to drive successful change outcomes.
You'll play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across multiple program releases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large transformation program.
Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives.
Conduct change impact assessments and drive business readiness activities.
Create and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and change plans.
Design and coordinate learning and capability uplift initiatives.
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and SMEs to support successful adoption.
Monitor change effectiveness through readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and reporting.
Support implementation, hypercare, and embedding of new ways of working.




Build strong relationships across business and technology teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end organisational change within large, complex organisations.
Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, including platform implementations, system integrations, digital transformation, data migration, or operating model change.
Experience working with customer-facing and operational business teams across multi-release programs.
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and learning.
Experience conducting change impact assessments and measuring adoption using established change metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Practical experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
A team-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Previous experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
