The Opportunity
Role:Initially a Casual position
Hours:Potential to work up to 2-3 days per week; up to 7.5 hour shift per day
Flexibility:Opportunity for additional hours to cover staff leave is required

Key Requirements & Selection Criteria




Experience:Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a high-volume customer service role
Technical Skills:Proficiency in medical practice software (highly preferred) and general administrative tasks
Attention to Detail:You take pride in accuracy and getting things right the first time
Multi-tasking:Ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised in a busy clinical setting
Attitude:A positive, enthusiastic approach that exceeds expectations
Scope of Work
Managing appointment bookings and multi-line phone systems
Processing patient billing, receipting, and Medicare lodgements
Managing clinical documentation: scanning, filing and email correspondence
Providing general clerical and administrative support to the medical team
