YOUR MISSION
As our next Naturopath, you'll bring warmth, expertise and genuine care to every consultation — helping members and customers feel confident about their wellness journey.
You'll deliver high-quality naturopathic consultations and retail health advice, while playing an active role in growing our membership, sales and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality naturopathic consultations and retail health advice, in line with industry standards and best practice
Drive member and customer engagement — promoting membership value, hitting sign-up targets and converting consultations into ongoing appointments
Build and grow relationships with existing and new customers through proactive, solutions-focused conversations
Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including stock receipting, date checking and rotation to minimise wastage




Bring marketing campaigns to life through in-store promotions and merchandising, while maintaining professional presentation standards
Support your line manager in achieving store and corporate objectives, and keep growing through ongoing training
WHAT YOU BRING
Qualification: You're a qualified Naturopath with a genuine passion for health, wellness and customer care
Communication: Strong people skills and the ability to build real, trusted relationships with customers
Experience: Time in retail, pharmacy or health consulting is highly regarded
Team Spirit: You're just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with your pharmacy team
Organisation: Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Drive: A proactive, positive, community-minded attitude that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
