This role is full-time based in our Robina Head Office on the Gold Coast!

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new sites for the various brand systems, with a focus on negotiating and managing lease renewals, building strong relationships with landlords, agents, franchisees, and internal stakeholders.
You'll play a key part in helping franchisees navigate the leasing process, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure store locations are commercially viable for the long term.
This role requires someone that always puts the customer first, is organised and can demonstrate strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Explore new opportunities to expand our successful brands through the identification and assessment of retail sites and securing prime locations
Strategically manage the leasing life cycle including pipeline of potential leases




Manage the brand system renewal pipeline
Promote and foster positive relationships with Franchisees, major shopping centres, Landlords, and internal stakeholders
Make recommendations and prepare an effective leasing business case to management
Negotiate lease and tenancy arrangements
Ensure Franchisees & General Managers are kept up to date with the progress on landlord lease negotiations
Liaise closely with Leasing Executives, Centre Managers and Franchisees regarding occupancy related matters
Drive down the occupancy cost of the existing network of stores
Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports
Ensure Franchisees receive best support and communication possible throughout the leasing process
What we're looking for:
2 years experience in Leasing, property, commercial or contract negotiations, or a strong academic interest in Property and leasing.
Previous experience of franchising welcome
Strong stakeholder management skills
Positive and professional manner, integrity and a willingness to accept responsibility
Energetic, eager and self-motivated with an ability to juggle multiple tasks to produce quality work output and achieve results within quick turnaround times
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive outlook
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment




Proven ability to work effectively manage projects
Property management skills desired
Demonstrated ability to build long lasting business relationships
Knowledge of relevant Leasing & Franchise legislation is highly regarded
Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail/accuracy and time management
