About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
You will:
Support the Centre Manager in leading and mentoring a team of educators
Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local community
Assist with driving quality outcomes and ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Contribute to centre occupancy growth through exceptional family experiences and community engagement
Champion a culture of safety, teamwork,



and continuous improvement
Help create an environment where educators feel supported, recognised, and empowered to succeed
About You
You are a passionate people leader who thrives on supporting others and creating positive outcomes for children and families.
You will have:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting, such as Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or similar
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
A current Working with Children Check
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commitment to mentoring teams and fostering a positive centre culture
