Asset Management Services (Maintenance)
CPP's maintenance services ensure the reliability and longevity of high-voltage assets.
As a key part of our end-to-end service offering, we provide a seamless transition from construction and commissioning to ongoing asset management.
We deliver minor maintenance projects, repairs, and upgrades, alongside regular inspections and servicing to prevent failures and extend asset lifespan.
Our effective emergency response ensures critical HV infrastructure remains operational.

The Opportunity

CPP is building a dedicated High Voltage Cable Jointing capability, and we're looking for experienced Cable Jointers to join the team at the beginning of an exciting growth journey.
This is a rare opportunity to help establish a specialist function within one of Australia's leading high-voltage infrastructure businesses while working on some of the nation's most significant renewable energy and utility projects.
Working as part of a newly formed team led from our Wingfield office, you'll play a key role in delivering cable jointing, termination, testing and installation works across major wind farm,
battery energy storage, transmission and utility infrastructure projects.
Current and future projects will support leading clients across the renewable energy sector, with opportunities to contribute to projects throughout South Australia and interstate as the capability expands.
Beyond the hands-on technical work, this role offers the chance to help shape how CPP delivers cable jointing services into the future.
You'll be part of building a high-performing, safety-focused team while developing your own expertise through manufacturer training and certifications with leading suppliers such as Nexans, NKT and TE Connectivity.
We're open to experienced Cable Jointers, Cable Terminators, HV Electricians and Powerline Workers who are looking to work with modern HV infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Demonstrated experience in HV cable jointing, termination, and installation (up to 33kV).
Proven experience in the installation, jointing, testing and termination of MV/HV power cables.
Experience with products such as Raychem, Nexans, and NKT.
Ability to interpret work packs, scopes, and maintenance documentation.
The ability to work collaboratively within a growing team and contribute to establishing a new capability within CPP.
Experience working on utility, renewable energy, transmission and/or distribution infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
Essential Qualifications & Licences:
Electrical Worker's Licence (or equivalent state-based licence).
Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution (Cable Jointing or Powerline)orCertificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician with demonstrated experience in MV/HV cable jointing and terminations.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
White Card.
