We're looking for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join our Victorian team in the Ballarat region.
This is a hands-on role working across engineering, construction and land development projects.
You'll manage your work from site preparation and fieldwork through to calculations, data processing, reporting and delivery, while working directly with clients, contractors and our wider project team.

We work across commercial building, civil construction, infrastructure, earthworks, high-rise developments, steel structures, deformation monitoring, laser scanning, UAV and underground utility detection.
Our team is known for delivering high-quality surveying services and building strong relationships with clients across the country.
How You'll Contribute
· Deliver engineering and construction surveying services across Ballarat and the surrounding region.
· Complete site set-out, detail, as-constructed and work-as-executed surveys.
· Prepare site-related calculations and set-out data using design information.
· Undertake fieldwork and manage survey data from collection through to final delivery.
· Reduce, process, document and report on completed survey work.
· Communicate directly with clients, contractors and internal project teams.
· Deliver project outcomes accurately and within agreed timeframes.
· Assist with the supervision and development of junior surveyors where required.
· Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and client service.
What You'll Need to Succeed




· A relevant surveying qualification.
· At least two years of engineering or construction surveying experience.
· Confidence working independently and managing your own workload.
· Strong time management, data management and communication skills.
· Experience with Leica equipment and 12d Field is highly regarded.
· A current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
· A valid unrestricted Australian manual driver's licence.
· Full Australian working rights.
· Experience working on Victorian construction or infrastructure projects is desirable.
