Working across our disability support services, you will assist people with disability to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals.
Whether supporting participants in their home or out in the community, you'll play an important role in helping people build confidence, develop skills, and stay connected to the things that matter most.
No two days will be the same!
Key Responsibilities
Support people to achieve their NDIS goals and develop daily living skillsAssist with personal care, household tasks, and routines where requiredSupport meal planning, cooking, and light domestic dutiesFacilitate community participation, appointments, and social activitiesHelp maintain positive connections with family, friends, and support networks

Our ideal candidate is a calm, compassionate, and professional Disability Support Worker who is passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
We Are Looking For People Who Have
Experience supporting people with disability, including those with complex support needs and behaviours of concernThe ability to build positive relationships and remain calm in challenging situationsConfidence supporting participants with personal care and daily living activitiesGood computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookFlexibility to work a variety of casual shifts, including mornings, afternoons,



evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and active overnight shifts when required
The following are required or willingness to obtain:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageousWorking with Children Check (Blue Card)NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)Current First Aid and CPR CertificateNational Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)Open Driver's Licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
