Gardener – Casual – 10 Hours per week.
Enjoy flexible working hours two consecutive days between Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Gardnerto join our team at Windsor Country Village, Vineyard our well-maintained and picturesque facility.
Reporting to the Gardens, Grounds & Handyman/Village Manager, you will pay a key role in ensuring our gardens remain vibrant, welcoming and well-kept.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who can work autonomously, takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping outdoor areas and facilities in excellent condition.
A day in the role will see you balancing gardening duties and lawn care, maintenance of facilities, undertake minor property work and importantly, contribute to a safe and pleasing environment for our retirement village residents, staff and visitors.
Duties Include
General garden and landscape maintenance
Lawn mowing, edging and brush cutting
Hedge trimming and pruning
Planting, mulching and garden bed maintenance
Weed control and herbicide application
Operating a 15kg knapsack sprayer
Maintaining lawns, gardens and outdoor communal areas to a high standard
Working outdoors in all weather conditions




What We're Looking For
Previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
No formal qualification required
Current driver's licence with access to vehicle
Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
Comfortable working independently as well as in a small crew
Friendly, professional and confident interacting with elderly residents, visitors and site staff
Willing to undertake a NSW Police Check
