The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales Heavy Vehicle Repair.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will assist and support our wider team and management with administrative tasks while providing customers with updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
Role responsibilities
Ensuring the environment is always customer-friendly
Greeting customers on arrival
Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with their AMA experience
Managing telephone and email correspondence
Supporting management with inventory administration (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

Proven experience in a customer service role
Highly qualified and personable, with strong relationship-building skills
Robust systems experience and competent computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
