We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join our growing team in Mt Pleasant, WA.
This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of engineering and project execution activities by providing project planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting and performance analysis across a portfolio of projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6Track project progress against baseline schedules and milestonesSupport cost tracking, forecasting and budget control activitiesPrepare weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards and performance updatesAssist with earned value management (EVM) and project performance analysisIdentify schedule risks, delays and potential cost impactsCoordinate with engineering, procurement and project delivery teams to ensure alignment across project activitiesSupport change management and variation tracking processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project controls systems and reportingMaintain accurate project records, documentation and reporting data
About You




Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplinePrevious experience in a Project Controls, Planning, Cost Control or Project Engineering roleExperience within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or EPC/EPCM environmentsStrong proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with project reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI (desirable)
