To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
At least 1+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast paced establishment
A relevant Diploma Qualification or at least 1-3 years of employment experience
Italian product knowledge an advantage
Understanding of wood fired pizza oven




The passion and drive to succeed and produce high quality dishes to our company standards
Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster
Willingness to undergo further training and development within our brand
Full Time salary of $80,000-$85,000 plus Super
