Job Responsibilities
Maintenance & Certification
Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on fixed-wing aircraft, including inspections, defect rectifications, and modifications.
Certify aircraft as fit for service by issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) upon completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with approved maintenance data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a protected working environment, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.
Monitor and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner, coordinating with other operational teams to ensure safety and reliability.
Participate in emergency response and crisis management as required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and compliance with airworthiness directives.
Prepare and submit reports related to maintenance activities, including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) events and critical troubleshooting.
Assist in the preparation of maintenance forecasts, including manpower, spares, and equipment
Job Requirements
Candidate is required to possess: CASA Part 66 License and holding ASIC card or be eligible to hold Australian ASIC
Experience in Part 145 and heavy maintenance
Capacity to refer to and interpret specifications/standards and written technical instructions
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines whiles part of the team
Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Must hold a current Australian drivers license
Experience/licensed on any of the following aircraft would be highly regarded
DH 6 series ******* with PT6
ATR ***** series with P&W; 120 series engines
Dash ********* classic with P&W; 120 Series engines
Dash 8 Q400 with P&W; 150 series engines
