We are seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Tradespeople—including Electricians, Fitters, and Plumbers—who are ready to bring their expertise to a fast‐paced, supportive, and innovative environment.
With over 30 years of successful operation, our Tongala site is integral to our business, processing high volumes of cattle with a strong emphasis on export markets.
As part of the Greenham team, you'll contribute directly to production reliability, continuous improvement, and exciting innovation projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your trade, your responsibilities may include:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment and capital projects
Welding and fabrication (highly regarded)
Working with automation systems, packaging equipment, and modern control technologies
Supporting safe, efficient operations, including occasional weekend or after‐hours work
What You'll Bring
A relevant trade qualification (Electrical Licence / Fitting & Turning / Mechanical / Plumbing)
Must hold one of the following trade qualifications: Electrical Licence, Fitting & Turning qualification, or Plumbing certification
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial maintenance
Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving abilities
Commitment to protected work practices (including ability to work at heights or in confined spaces)




Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, hands‐on mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
