What you'll be doing:* Managing a varied MSK caseload,



including spinal and more complex presentations* Designing and progressing structured rehabilitation programs (not generic exercise sheets)* Communicating clearly with patients and referrers* Working within a team that values standards, consistency, and professionalism* Contributing to a clinic culture that is calm, respectful, and sustainable
