Production Team Member – Automotive Manufacturing
Hemco Industriesis a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of seatbelts and safety restraint systems for the automotive, industrial, and mining sectors.
We are currently seeking areliable, motivated, and physically fit Production Team Memberto join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role involving various aspects of the manufacturing process for seatbelts and related safety products.

About the Role
You will be involved in a range of production and manufacturing tasks, including assembly, sewing, quality checks, and general production duties.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to consistently follow workplace health and safety procedures
Good communication skills
Physically fit and capable of lifting items up to 20kg
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or industrial sewing is advantageous
Ability to read specifications, work instructions, or technical diagrams will be viewed favourably, but is not essential
