We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Manager to join our team.
With hands-on leadership the key to delivering first class service, this individual will be responsible in overseeing the daily management of operations which includes but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
Managing daily club operations
Providing hands on leadership and mentoring of staff
Allocation and Supervision of rostered staff to Club operations
Managing daily shift operations and roster requirements
Assist in leading and developing teams with robust customer focus
Ensure compliance of policies and procedures WHS, RSA, RCG, AML/CTF and other legislative requirements
Venue cleanliness and presentation
Staff performance management
Essential Criteria:
Knowledge of




Liquor Act NSW
Registered Clubs Act NSW
AML/CTF obligations
Registered and Licensed Club Award
Previous experience in the club industry or similar environment
Able to work rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving ability
Demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and coach staff
Be conscientious, ambitious and reliable
Current RSA and RCG competency card
Current police check
