Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experiencedOracle HCM Solution Architectto lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofOracle Cloud HCM (Fusion HCM)solutions.
This role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and integrated HCM architectures that align with enterprise strategy and HR transformation goals.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong integration knowledge,



and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules
Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
Develop and manage integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and other middleware tools
Perform data migration and management usingHCM Data Loader (HDL), Extracts, and Fast Formula
Design and deliver reporting solutions usingOTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
Define and implementsecurity modelsincluding roles, privileges, and data security policies
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of HCM solutions
Drive innovation and continuous improvement leveragingOracle AI capabilities within Fusion HCM
Technical Expertise Requirements
8–12+ years of total IT experience with5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
Proven experience deliveringend-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloudarchitecture, data model, and functional processes
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
HCM Extracts & Fast Formula
Experience withOTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools
Strong understanding ofOracle HCM security framework(roles, privileges, data security)
StrongOracle HCM domain expertisewith ability to drive enterprise solution architecture decisions
Experience definingintegration and data strategiesacross systemsProven ability instakeholder engagement, influencing,



and managing cross-functional teams
Strong focus oninnovation and continuous improvementleveraging HCM capabilities
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent communication across business and technical audiences
Strong problem-solving ability with strategic thinking mindset
Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams
ADDITIONAL
Experience with Oracle AI for Fusion Applications (HCM)
Exposure to global HR processes and multi-country payroll
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field
