A day in the life of a Senior Talent and Mobility Consultant
As a Senior Talent and Mobility Consultant, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional talent across our organisation.
Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while contributing to strategic workforce initiatives and large-scale recruitment campaigns.
Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule (24 hours per week) in this 12-month fixed term opportunity, providing parental leave coverage through to August ****.
Your day to day will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across an allocated portfolio of roles and business areas.
Leading and coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns to achieve workforce outcomes.
Partnering with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice, coaching and guidance.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conducting candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offers and negotiations.
Building talent pools to support future workforce needs and reduce time to offer.
Supporting recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing recruitment reporting,



insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mentoring team members and supporting more complex recruitment activities where required.
What we'll ask you to bring to the role
Demonstrated experience in internal recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
Robust understanding of full-cycle recruitment and leading recruitment practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Exceptional organisation, administration and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
Experience providing recruitment reporting and workforce insights.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality and maturity.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel when required.
Certificate IV in Human Resources or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
